Project Date: 2020
Scope of Work: Condo Renovation
Description: Interior Remodel, Kitchen Remodel, Bathroom Remodel, Flooring and Trims, Electrical
Some of the key scopes: Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto’s entertainment district, this condo unit came with many great features that were ready to be enhanced and uplifted. The client wanted simplicity across the entire home, mixed with elegance in material choices.
The unit had many advantages that are not common for a Condo building anywhere in the city.
Number 1: High 12 ft ceilings. This building was an office conversion into a residential units, therefore we had about 8 inches of drywall finished drop ceiling. This became very handy when we added the 33 Square spotlights and the Pendant light over the island that were part of the client’s Must Haves.
Number 2: A HUGE freight elevator and a large loading dock. This was a big bonus when it came to demolition and logistics of the material and tools. We were able to load and offload everything in a much more convenient manner than 99% of condos across the city, who are subject to small regular elevators.
Overall, we were able to implement many cool features in the house, some being the Herringbone Engineered hardwood across the entire home, and the one of a kind massive White Kitchen with a Free-Standing Quartzite Waterfall Island that was done to perfection.
